Historic Downtown Port Huron is the center of our community activity.  Serving as the county seat, Downtown is home to city, county and federal offices, professional offices, banking headquarters, convention and hotel facilities, river-front marinas, a community college campus, a county senior center and McMorran Place – a convention & cultural facility with two ice surfaces. 

The Downtown hosts retail and service businesses, waterfront dining and entertainment facilities.  Many Downtown properties offer second & third floor apartments offering lofts to first class apartment spaces.  People are once again shopping, dining and living in Downtown.
